Sign up and account creation
Creating an account and using the GivingTech platform is free. There are no set-up fees and no monthly fees. Usage of the CRM, marketing platforms, and all of our tools and services - are included, and free.
Online donations
You pay a transaction fee you receive an online donation through the platform. The fee averages 1.6%.
How is this calculated?
On online donations we charge a platform fee of 2.9%.
The credit card fee starts at 1.5% + 30¢ in the US (and is as low as 0.79% in other countries).
However, on average 64% of donors choose to cover the entire transaction fee. This means that your average transaction fee is 1.6% + 11¢.
Global Fundraising
There is a £350 one-time onboarding fee, and a £100 application fee for every foundation that you join.
You then select a membership plan, which affects the platform fee that you'll pay on the donations that you receive:
Professional plan: £2500 a year - 2.9% platform fee
Starter plan: £700 a year - 5% platform fee
Free plan (limited to 90 days): Free - 8% platform fee
