Creating an account and using the GivingTech platform is free. There are no set-up fees and no monthly fees. You get unlimited donation forms and campaigns, unlimited usage of the CRM. You get the idea.
You only pay a fee when you receive an online donation through the platform:
We charge a platform fee of 2.9%.
We work with credit card providers that provide payment processing for as low as 1.5% + 30¢ in the US (and as low as 1% in other countries).
With that, on average, 64% of donors choose to cover the transaction fee. Meaning that your average transaction fee - GivingTech and credit card fee included - is 1.6% + 11¢.
