This is for Visa and Mastercard transactions, made by domestic card holders. Payments made by international card holders can expect to have a 1% supplement. American Express transactions are 3.5% in the US, Canada, and Israel, 2.9% + £0.20 in the UK, 2.9% + €0.25 in the EU, and 1.75% + 30¢ in Australia.
For payments by bank transfer in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K, Stripe charges 0.8%, but cap the total fee at $5.00. For European SEPA payments, the fee is 0.8% plus 30 cents, capped at $6.00
