Sometimes a page shows an error code and a message instead of its content. The code tells you what happened. Under Here are some useful links, click Dashboard to go back to your account.
What does each error mean?
Code | Message | What it means |
| Not authorized to view the page | You don't have access to this page. See below. |
| We're sorry, but the page you were looking for doesn't exist. | The link is wrong or out of date. |
| We're sorry, something went wrong. | Something failed on our side while loading the page. |
| You are not eligible to create campaign. Please contact support | Your account can't create a campaign right now. Contact our team. |
Why am I not authorized?
You see code 1002 in one of these cases:
You signed in as a user, and your user doesn't have permission for this section. Each user sees only the sections the account owner allowed. The menu may still show pages you can't open.
The page is for a different type of account. Some pages are only for charities, and some only for fundraisers.
The link points to something that belongs to another account. For example, a link to a donation that someone from another organization sent you.
If you signed in with your charity ID number, you can open every page that your type of account has.
How do I get access?
Ask the account owner, or a user with the Manage Users permission, to go to Settings › Organization › Users and Permissions.
They click the pencil icon next to your user.
They tick the section you need, for example Donations or Profile Pages, and click Save.
Open the page again.
For the full list of permissions, see Create and manage users.
What should I do about a 404 or 500 error?
404: check the link, or open the page from the menu instead. Update old bookmarks.
500: wait a minute and try again. If it keeps happening, contact our team. Tell us which page you opened and when.
