You only pay a fee when you receive an online donation through the platform:
We charge a platform fee of 2.9%.
We work with credit card providers that provide payment processing for as low as 1.5% + 30¢ in the US (and as low as 1% in other countries).
With that, in our experience, 41% of donors choose to cover the donation fee. Meaning that your average transaction fee - GivingTech and credit card fee included - is 2.6% + 18¢.
